Organizational Commitment among Male and female Higher Education Teachers
Abstract
A total of one hundred (50 male and 50 female) higher education teachers selected on stratified sampling basis were administered organisational commitment scale with the objective of comparing their organisational commitment. The data were analyzed using descriptive (mean and SD) and inferential statistics ( t test). Results revealed that the females have had significantly higher level of organisational committment. Findings are discussed in the light of earlier studies alongwith their implications.
